Q.I cannot find local access numbers of my area. What should I do?
If you cannot find the Local Access number of your area,we recommend you to use the access number of the nearest area to you. Nevertheless please verify with your Phone service provider if extra charges are incurred while accessing this number.
CONNECTION/VOICE QUALITY
Q.I am getting difficulty in connecting to the number I dial.
This problem may occur sometimes due to congestion on the routes. Please hang up the phone and try after some time. You will surely be connected.If you are calling in a mobile phone number, the connection also depends on the network signal strength of your party's cell phone.
Q.I am getting poor voice quality.
Please hang up and try your call again. What happens in this case is the system changes your route and hopefully you will have a better quality route.
Q.What if I lost my minutes without any connection

Q.Does Ecallnepal have any alternatives when there is difficulty in getting connected using its Phone Card?
Yes, we have. If you are not able to get through the regular call plan (Standard Call Plan), you can also use another call plan ‘Premium Call plan’ but the rate for calling Nepal with this service is $0.14/minute. If you would like to use the premium service, please follow the following instructions:-Dial the access number

-When prompted dial the destination number as 055+country code +area code+number. i.e instead of 011 Dial 055.

When dialing phone number you cannot use any separators like spaces, dashes, signs, etc. This will not lead to an error, Ecallnepal just ignores these symbols while dialing the phone number.

We do not allow this at the moment. Only one outgoing call is possible for one PIN.

Q.Should I Enter PIN and Password Every Time I Use EcallNepal ?
If you click on Logout button, PIN and Password are not saved. In order to save information you should just close Dialer without logging out.
Q.What is the sound quality of these calls?
Sound quality may vary due to your connection to the Internet, i.e. dial up versus broad band, and the congestion level of your Internet access resulting from bandwidth available from your Internet provider at the time of your call.
