E Call Nepal is an E-commerce site. We sell calling cards using third party route BUT we take every responsibility of the card we sell, you can report direct to us, if there is any issue.

Terms of use:
- Rates of the calling cards may change without prior notice.
- Rates for calls to cellular phone are usually higher.
- Customer is responsible of using the Access numbers and charges involve on it from where you making call.
- You have rights to demand refund or claim misbilled amount if occured in our cards.
- Call detail report are available to see online for our calling cards.
- Unless other specified, all rates apply to calls originating from United States of America (48 states).
- We take all the issues and problems related to cards seriously, pleae report to us if any problem occurs.
